摘　　要：针对装饰布企业生产特点及存在的问题,探讨了提高装饰布企业产能柔性方法,建立了面向产能柔性的装饰布企业生产计划模型,并给出了遗传算法的具体求解步骤。The paper introduces characteristics about the production management in the vestee enterprises. Based on volume flexibility theory, it discusses main measures of enhancing volume flexibility, builds the production planning model to minimize the cost in production, stock and flexibility, shows the concrete steps to solute this model with genetic algorithm.
