摘 要:通过将轮胎偏磨损物理模型和轿车复合式悬架动力学模型结合起来,建立了可用于动态分析复合式悬架轮胎偏磨损的悬架-轮胎-地面动力学系统.轮胎偏磨损模型主要考虑了轮胎力学特性在胎宽方向的变化.采用正弦信号对悬架动力学模型进行激励,将采集到的各种参数的实时动态数据导入到物理模型中,通过计算胎宽方向的局部摩擦耗散能来预测轮胎的偏磨损.仿真结果与实际现象较一致,验证了模型的正确性.所建立的动力学系统可以帮助分析悬架动力学特性对轮胎偏磨损的影响.With a tire uneven wear model and composite suspension dynamic model combined, a suspension-tire-ground dynamic system was developed to analyze composite suspension tire uneven wear. The tire uneven wear model considers the tire mechanics character variation in the lateral direction. The composite suspension system is considered to be excited time harmonically and the simulated data on the real-tlme response of some parameters were obtained. Tire uneven wear was then simulated on the basis of these data. Thus tire local dissipation energy can be calculated in the tire lateral direction to forecast the tire uneven wear. Conclusions obtained from the simulations agree with the phenomena in reality and validate the tire uneven wear model developed. The system can help to analyze the effects of suspension dynamic character on tire uneven wear.
