摘　　要：鱼腥草是一种医食两用、营养价值较高的野生植物资源,对鱼腥草饮料的生产工艺、工艺要点进行了详细讨论,运用此工艺生产的鱼腥草饮料风味独特、澄清透亮,保质期长,老幼皆宜,值得推广。Houttuynia is a wild plant with high medicinal and nutritional values. The technology of houttuynia beverage and the technological essentials concerned are discussed in detail. The beverage made by this technology is featured by special flavour, good clarity and long shelf-life, which indicates that the technology is worth promoting.
