摘　　要：目的:观察转化糖注射液对各种需要静脉补充能量及体液的住院患者血糖、胰岛素水平的影响,并评价其安全性。方法:采用随机、双盲、对照的多中心临床试验。共入选病例240例,试验组(120例)静脉滴注转化糖注射液500ml/d,对照组(120例)静脉滴注葡萄糖注射液500ml/d,疗程均为3天。给药期间检测患者的血糖、胰岛素,给药前后作心电图、血尿常规、肝肾功能及血尿酸、电解质等检查,密切观察患者的临床症状及体征变化。结果:转化糖组的血糖及胰岛素水平的波动小于葡萄糖组(P<0.05),试验前后的生命体征、血尿常规、肝肾功能、电解质、心电图等均未出现与药物相关的异常变化。结论:转化糖对血糖及胰岛素水平的影响小于葡萄糖,其安全性与葡萄糖注射液相当。OBJECTIVE：To observe the effect of invert sugar injection on blood glucose and insulin levels of in-atients who need infusion of energy and liquid, and to evaluate the safety of invert sugar injection. METHODS： We conducted a randomized double blind controlled muhicenter trial. Of a total of 240 patients were enrolled, 120 （trial group） were randomly assigned to received invert sugar injection at a dose of 500ml/d by intravenous drip for 3 days and another 120 and kidney, and blood uric acid and electrolyte before and after administration were also determined. Symptoms and signs of the patients were closely monitored. RESULTS： Blood glucose and insulin levels had a less change in trial group than in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Drug-associated abnormal changes including vital signs, routine tests of blood and urine, tests of functions of liver and kidney, electrolyte, cardiogram ect were not noted. CONCLUSION： Invert sugar injection has less effect on blood glucose and insulin lcycls as against glucosc injection, but its safety equals to the latter.
