摘　　要：本文论述了廉政文化的内涵与特征,探讨了高校廉政文化建设的现实意义,在此基础上,提出了加强高校廉政文化建设的对策和建议,即以道德教育为先导,构筑廉政文化建设的思想基础;以“三风”建设为依托,拓展廉政文化建设的空间;以校园文化建设为载体,营造廉政文化的育人环境。This paper explains the connotations of the clean and honest administration culture, and discusses the practical significance of constructing the clean and honest administration culture on college and university campus. On this basis, it has put forward the strategy for further constructing the clean and honest administration culture in institutions of higher learning, which call for the combined employment of moral education, campus culture construction and work style construction.
