摘　　要：介绍了基于传统理念的洛阳市国土资源局国土大厦的总平面设计构想,阐述了其现代办公空间与传统景观相结合的设计手段,探讨了建筑造型的具体设计方法,达到营造高效、便捷、景观优美的办公环境。It introduces the general flat surface design idea of Luoyang bureau of territorial resources building which is based on traditional idea, elaborates a way of design which is combined by modem office space and traditional scenery, discusses the concrete design methods of construction style, so as to make an office of efficient, convenient and beautiful scenery.
