摘　　要：介绍了知识经济与信息化的基本概念与发展情况,阐述了知识经济时代高校图书馆信息服务社会化的必要性和可行性,提出了高校图书馆面向社会开展信息服务的措施。This paper introduces the basic concept and developing situation of the knowledge-based economy and informatization, expounds the necessity and feasibility of the information service socialization of university library in the age of knowledge-based economy, and advances some measures for developing the society-oriented information service of university library.
