摘　　要：论述了网络时代图书馆加强信息资源建设的重要性和原则,提出了信息资源建设应采取的方针和应注意的问题。This paper expounds the importance and principle of strengthening the information resource construction of the library in the network times, and advances the policy that should be adopted and the problem needing attention in the information resource construction.
