摘　　要：通过工程实践,阐述平原微丘区国省干线公路的现状和交通特点,量化安全保障工程实施路段的判定标准,对照判定标准进行公路符合性评价,并对存在的安全隐患采取相应的技术措施,可供同类地区公路设计者参考。Trough engineering practice and introducing characteristics of transportation and current situation of national ＆ provincial road in plain and hilly area , quantifying the determined criteria for roadsection where highway safety enhancement project （HSEP） is conducted and evaluating the conformability of the highway by comparing the determined criteria. Finally, adopting the corresponding measures and strategies to deal with the hidden safety crisis in national ＆ provincial road, which can give references to highway designer working in the similar section.
