摘　　要：缩短生产制造环节的加工周期是企业实现快速响应市场的一个重要途径。基于零件加工中的时间结构,探讨不同时间组织下工序优化对缩短生产过程加工周期的不同效果,为企业正确开展现场改善活动提供参考。To shorten the processing cycle is crucial for manufacturing enterprises to keep up with the changing market. Based on the time frame of parts machining, this paper discusses the effect of process optimization under different time organizations on the shortening of processing cycle and gives practical suggestions for Gemba Kaizen in enterprises.
