摘  要:荸荠枯萎病菌生长发育温度10 ̄35℃,pH值3~13。菌丝生长最适温度20~25℃、pH值7~8;产孢最适温度25~30℃、pH值6;菌丝体在荸荠培养基上生长较快,产孢量以PSA培养基上最多;孢子萌发的最适温度25℃、pH值7~9,致死温度55℃。Schl were 10-35℃ and 3-13. The optimum temperature and pH for the growth of the mycelium were 20-25℃ and 7-8 respectively. The optimum temperature and pH for the spore production were 25-30℃ and 6 respectively. The mycelium could grow well on the medium containing some ingredients of Waternut Splkesedge and produce a mass of spores on the PSA medium. The temperature and pH for the spore germination were 25℃ and 7-9, while lethal temperature for the spore was 55℃.
