摘  要:针对传统教学法中存在的学生自主学习意识差、对知识的综合运用能力不足的缺点,我们在药理学理论教学中,按照教学大纲的要求,与哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院有关科室医生合作,精选临床典型病例,探索了以病例为中心的案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL),取得了良好的效果,并对该教学法中存在的问题进行了分析。The deficiency of self-study motivation and integration of knowledge and ability are the shortcomings of traditional way of education. In order to overcome these defects, we tried to practice the case-based learning in pharmacology teaching process. Coordinated with the guidebook for pharmacology course we cooperated with the doctors who selected the typical cases in the second affiliated hospital of Harbin Medical University and set up a new way of case-based learning. We benefited from the practice of case-based learning in pharmacology teaching. Some problems and challenges we have faced in the process are discussed in detail.
