摘　　要：针对儿科住院医师培训中存在的问题,我院创新住院医师培训机制,试行“3+X”培训模式,住院医师前3年不分专业,在医院内进行二级学科通科轮转,后2年进行亚专科轮转。同时,将本院住院医师与所接收的社会化培训医师培训方案并轨,恢复住院医师24小时负责制,量化考核指标,着重对住院医师临床能力的培养和综合素质的提高。本文还对建立儿科专科医师培训、准入制度提出了建议。A new model of 3plus X for pediatric resident training has been established in Beijing Children＇ s Hospital. In the first three years the pediatric residents rotate in second level subject departments, then they take another two years for subspecialty rotations. The residents come from our hospital as well as from other hospitals in Beijing. 24-hour-resident system was rebuilt and examination criteria were quantified. This training program focused on the improvement of their abilities and other skills. Hospital leaders＇ recognition, full-concerned system, standardized management and quality controls are the keys to train high level pediatric diplomates residents. Some suggestions of enrollment and training for pediatric diplomates are also discussed in this article.
