摘　　要：在一个教学单元内设置艺术体操、健美操两个运动项目,将两类项目的特点,内容和风格有机地结合起来,能够更好地提高大学生对美的欣赏能力、理解能力和感受能力,促进他们科学思维能力的发展,有利于终身体育教育。教师的敬业精神、教学水平、知识结构、组织教法是课堂教学质量的关键。拓宽教学思路,改革考试形式,运用多媒体教学手段进行体育理论课的教学,是深化改革,提高质量,促进体育教学持续发展的保证。The special lessons of rhythmie gynutrasics and aerobics are one of the main courses in university PE of China. We set two sports projects in one teaehing unit and naturally combine two different projects characteristics, eontentts arid styles, which can Letter improve tmiversity students＇ appreiation, compceher,sion and taste of aesthetic, promote the development of their scientific thinking capacity, arid also contribute to life]otlg sports ed- ucation. Teachers＇ responsihiities,teaehing skills, knowledge constitution and orgaarization methods are the keys to tile quality of classroom instruction. Broadening teaching thoughts, refoming the test forms and canrrying on theoretieal lessons via multimedia are very essential to deepen rcforln, improve teaching quality and ensure a sustained development of PE.
