固肠止泻丸联合思密达治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨固肠止泻丸联合思密达对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的治疗价值。方法:将68例腹泻型IBS患者随机分为3组:A组25例,为固肠止泻丸联合思密达治疗组;B组22例,为固肠止泻丸治疗组;C组21例,为思密达治疗组。观察患者治疗前后症状好转情况。结果:A组总有效率为84%,较B、C2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:固肠止泻丸和思密达联合治疗腹泻型IBS优于固肠止泻丸及思密达单一用药。Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of combining Guchangzhixie Wan with Smecta in treating irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） of diarrheal type.Methods：68 patients were randomly divided into three groups： group A,treated with Guchangzhixie Wan and Smecta,n=25; group B,treated with Guchangzhixie Wan,n=22;group C,treated with Smecta,n=21 .After two months,the general status were observed and recorded. Results：The general effective rate of group A was 84%.It was significantly better than that in group B and group C （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of combining Guchangzhixie Wan with Smecta in treatment of IBS of diarrheal type is superior to Guchangzhixie Wan and Smecta alone.
