摘　　要：文章回顾作者从武汉大学、中南财经政法大学、武汉理工大学到广东工业大学,回炉科技情报专业,跟上时代步伐,先后参加创办经济信息管理、科技情报管理、信息管理与信息系统、电子商务等四个信息管理领域专业的历程,着重论述了广东省名牌专业广东工业大学信息管理与信息系统专业的特色,探讨了电子商务专业的人才需求与课程体系与结构。Reviewing the history of the major of Science and Technology Information Management from Wuhan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan University of Technology to Guangdong University of Technlogy, the paper presents the courses of the author＇ s assisting in establishing four majors in the fields of information management： economic information management, science and technology management, information management and information system, and e - commerce. Particularly, the paper focuses on the characteristics of information management and information system in GDUT, the star major in Guangdong Province, and discusses the demand for talents as well as the courses system and structure of the major of e - commerce.
