摘　　要：青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的治疗,经历了辩证否定的发展过程,其中涉及一系列复杂矛盾的巧妙解决和对度的精确把握,哲学的思维方法有助于脊柱外科医生认识侧凸的本质,了解其演变规律,处理治疗过程出现的主要问题以及掌握矫正的关键技术。It has taken a long time for the surgeon to achieve the current level of technology in correcting Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis （AIS）, This has involved the skillful identification of the exact nature of the problem and deciding precisely the location and extent of the fixation, required. Philosophical thinking helps us to understand the nature of this deformity, to comprehend progression of the abnormity and to master the specific techniques in correcting it.
