摘　　要：论述投资人力资本的重要性,提出了人力资本的投资模型。基于相对标度法求出投资模型中各投资因子的权重值。研究了人力资本投资的综合评价方法,这为评定人力资本的投资提供了一种科学手段。This paper discusses the importance of human capital, investment and puts forward a model for human capital, investment. In the model, weights of factors of the investment are got by relative scale. A synthetic evaluation method of human capital investment is brought forward, which will be a scientific reference for investors.
