摘　　要：信息素质是大学生的基本素质之一。文章在分析了心理素质、文化素质、信息素质、文化氛围和创新思维间关系的基础上，主要介绍了如何营造文化氛围。Information literacy has been one of the essential qualities of university students. By analyzing the relationship of psychological quality, culture quality, information literacy and cultural atmosphere with innovative thinking, the paper discusses how to create cultural atmosphere.
