摘 要:数字化铁路行车安全保障体系按逻辑模式分为行车安全决策模块、行车安全管理模块及行车安全监测模块。行车安全决策模块包括行车安全信息系统、行车安全分析系统及安全决策支持专家系统。行车安全管理模块,从横向上划分为运管部分、机务部分、工务部分、电务部分和车辆部分;从纵向上分为站段、路局、铁道部。行车安全信息监测控制模块分为数据采集单元、数据接收单元、数据处理/输出单元。行车安全保障体系采集的信息包括:运输设备信息、行车调度管理信息、工作人员安全信息、铁路沿线环境安全信息。信息处理包括:数据采集层、初级处理层、隐患分析层、决策支持层、全局分析层。结合现行铁路管理体制,构建基于站段、路局、铁道部的三级救援保障运作模式体系。According logic pattern, the safeguard system for digital railway train operation can be classified into train operation safety decision module, train operation safety management module, and train operation safety monitoring and control module. Safety decision module includes safety information system, safety analysis system, and safety decision support expert system. Train operation safety management module can be transversely divided into operation, locomotive, maintenance, electricity, vehicle and vertically into stations, railway administrations, the ministry of railways. Train operation safety monitoring and control module can be divided into data acquisition cell, data receiving cell and data disposal/output cell. The data collected includes transportation equipment information, dispatching management information, personnel safety information, and environment safety information. Information processing includes data acquisition layer, elementary disposal layer, potential danger analysis layer, decision support layer and holistic analysis layer. In the end, combining the present railway management system, the article introduces the basic operation mode of the safeguard system for digital railway train operation.
