摘 要:在浓H2SO4既作为反应介质又作为催化剂的体系中,分别用直接酯化法和酯交换法合成异VC月桂酸酯。试验表明,在完全相同的条件下,直接酯化法合成异VC月桂酸酯的效果比酯交换法更好。将纯化后的异VC月桂酸酯添加到茶籽油中,进行强氧化试验,结果表明异VC月桂酸酯是一种良好的油溶性抗氧化剂。当添加量为油重的0.04%、在(55±1)℃下进行强氧化试验8d后,添加BHA、异VC、VC月桂酸酯和异VC月桂酸酯的茶籽油的过氧化值(POV)分别为66.6、53.8、35.0和20.6 meq/kg。D- isoascorbyl laurate was synthesized by esterification from laurie acid and by transesterification from methyl laurate, respectively. The assay showed that the effect of esterification was better than that of transesterification. The purified product was applied in teaseed oil and heated at (55 ± 1 )℃ to investigate its antioxidation capacity. The results showed that the antioxidation capacity of D - isoascorbyl laurate was stronger than that of the other tested antioxidants when the added concentration was the same. For example, when the added concentration was 0. 04% , after heating for 8 clays at (55± 1 )℃ , the POV of teaseed oil added BHA , D - isoascorbic acid, ascorbyl laurate and D - isoascorbyl laurate were 66. 6,53.8,35.0 and 20. 6 meq/kg, respectively.
