松麦胶囊降血糖作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究松麦胶囊的降血糖作用。方法:采用正常小鼠、肾上腺素性高血糖小鼠和四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠,观察松麦胶囊对正常小鼠和实验性高血糖小鼠血糖的影响。结果:松麦胶囊对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响,能降低肾上腺素和四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠的血糖。结论:松麦胶囊具有一定降血糖作用。OBJECtIVE To observe the hypoglycemic and antioxidative effects of Songmai capsules. METHODS The hypoglycemic effect of Songmai capsules was investigated in normoglyeemic mice, alloxanized and adrenalin-induced hyperglycemic mice. RESULTS Songmai capsules could significantly lower the blood glucose levels in adrenalin-induced and alloxanized hyperglycemic mice but did not change remarkably the blood glucose levels in normoglycemic mice. CONCLUSION Songmai capsules has significant hypoglycemic effects.
