早期胃肠功能护理对极低出生体重儿发育的影响

摘　　要：目的观察早期胃肠功能护理对极低出生体重儿发育的影响。方法对2003年1月至2006年1月收入安阳市妇幼保健院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)出生后24 h内的极低出生体重儿48例,随机分为两组:胃肠功能护理组24例及对照组24例。胃肠功能护理组采用腹部按摩、非营养性吸吮及常规护理;对照组仅用常规护理。观察两组病例在开奶、体重开始增加、达出生体重、静脉营养、黄疸消退等方面的变化。结果胃肠功能护理组24例在开奶、达出生体重、体重开始增加、静脉营养、黄疸消退与对照组24例相比,时间明显缩短。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期胃肠功能护理可促进极低出生体重儿胃肠功能发育,帮助其早开奶,有利于体重增长。Objective To investigate the effects of early gastrointestinal function nursing on the growth of very low birth weight infants （VLBWIs）. Methods 48 cases of VLBWIs were randomly divided into two groups： gastrointestnal function nursing group （ trial group, 24 cases） and control group （ 24 cases ）. Abdominal massage, non-nutritional suking and regular nursing were applied to the trial group, and the control group only by regular nursing without gatrointestnal function nursing,The differences between the two groups in first feeding time, weight to be born time, weight to grow time, intravenous nutrition time and jaundice disappearing time were observed. Results The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Early gastrointestinal function nursing may improve the early gastrointestinal function of VLB- WIs, contributing to early feeding and weight growth.
