新型混合环梳棉机自调匀整装置的设计与分析

摘　　要：随着电子技术和传感器技术的不断发展,自调匀整装置也得到了很好的发展,目前新生产的清梳联梳棉机大多数带有自调匀整装置,使生条不匀得到了较好的控制。文章分析了梳棉机出条不匀和自调匀整装置的特点,在一体化棉箱清梳联基础上开发出采用模糊控制的混合环自调匀整系统。With the constant development of electronic technol-ogy and sensor technology, autolevellers are being constantlyimproved. At present, most of the latest versions of blowing-carding ranges are equipped with autoleveller, which playsimportant role in reducing the irregularity of the output sliver.The paper analyzes the reasons of sliver irregularity and thecharacteristics of autoleveler, and a blend-loop autolevellerbased on fuzzy control concept which is newly developed forblowing-carding range with integrated hopper is particularlyanalyzed.
