对标枪运动员赛前训练的初步研究

摘　　要：某标枪运动员经过短期训练,获得全国大学生田径锦标赛甲B组冠军、江苏省大学生田径比赛第2名,两次比赛成绩均好于训练中的最好成绩,表现出良好的比赛能力.通过分析与研究赛前训练,旨在拓宽标枪赛前训练的思路,提高训练效果.Having been trained for short-term, the man javelin thrower in our school got the first place of the javelin in the national university track and field tournament, and the third place of javelin in Jiangsu Province university track and field competition. The results the thrower twice obtained in competitions surpassed the best in his training, and showed fine competition ability. By analysing and studying the pre-competition training, the paper aims at widening ways of thinking in the pre-competition training, improving the training results.
