摘  要:目的观察脑缺血再灌注小鼠白细胞粘附分子CD11a/CD18、CD11b/CD18、CD62L表达的变化及高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)对其表达的影响。方法昆明小鼠63只随机分为缺血再灌注1、3、5 d组,HBO 1、3、5 d组,手术1、3、5 d组,共9组,每组7只。应用流式细胞仪分别检测各组白细胞粘附分子CD11a/CD18、CD11b/CD18、CD62L的表达。结果缺血再灌注1d组CD11a/CD18表达水平显著高于同期手术组(P<0.05);缺血再灌注3 d组CD11b/CD18表达水平显著高于同期手术组(P< 0.05);缺血再灌注1、3、5 d组CD62L表达水平均显著低于同期手术组(P<0.05)。经HBO处理后, HBO 1、3、5 d组CD11 a/CD18表达水平与同期缺血再灌注组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05); HBO 3 d组CD11b/CD18表达水平显著低于同期缺血再灌注组(P<0.05),但是仍显著高于同期手术组(P<0.05);HBO 5 d组CD62L表达水平显著高于同期缺血再灌注组(P<0.05),与同期手术组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑缺血再灌注后,白细胞粘附分子CD11a/CD18、CD11b/CD18表达升高,CD62L表达降低;HBO治疗对缺血再灌注后CD11a/CD18表达差异无统计学意义,但可抑制缺血再灌注后CD11b/CD18的表达,缩短CD62L表达降低的时间。Objective To observe the expressions of leukocyte adhesion molecules CDlla/CD18, CD1 1l b/CD18 and CD62L in mice after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on them. Methods 63 Kunming mice were randomly divided into ischemia-reperfusion group, hyperbaric oxygen group and operation group. Every group mice were redistributed to one day' s group, three days' group and five days' group according to the different time. So there were nine groups and each group had seven mice. Using flow cytometry, the expressions of leukocyte adhesion molecules CD11a/CD18, CD11b/CD18 and CD62L in the model mice were measured. Results The expression of CD11a/CD18 in the ischemia-reperfusion group on the 1st day was significantly increased, compared with the simultaneous operation group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of CD11b/CD18 in the ischemia-reperfusion group on the 3rd day was significantly increased, compared with the simultaneous operation group. The expression of CD62L in ischemia-reperfusion group on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day was significantly decreased, compared with the simultaneous operation group. The expression of CD11a/CD18 in the HBO group on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day was not significantly different from that of the simultaneous ischemia-reperfusion group. The expression of CD11 b/CD18 in the HBO group on the 3rd day was significantly decreased, compared with the simultaneous ischemia-reperfusion group, but it was significantly increased, compared with the simultaneous operation group. The expression of CD62L in the HBO group on the 5th day was significantly decreased,compared with the simultaneous ischemia-reperfusion group and not significantly different from that of the simultaneous operation group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The expressions of leukocyte adhesion molecule CD11a/CD18 and CD11b/CD18 increased, while the exprssion of leukocyte adhesion molecule CD62L decreased after in ischemia-reperfusion in mice.
