摘  要:目的比较合并2型糖尿病的老年性白内障患者与单纯老年性白内障患者行超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后后囊膜混浊情况。方法2001年3月~2003年3月我院行超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术162例245眼,A组为合并2型糖尿病的老年性白内障患者80例120眼,B组为单纯性老年性白内障患者82例125眼。随访3~36个月,比较2组PCO发生率及YAG激光后囊切开百分率、囊膜混浊程度。结果A组、B组后囊膜混浊百分率分别为50.00%、26.04%;YAG激光后囊切开百分率分别为20.00%、6.04%,2种百分率差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。2组后囊膜混浊程度分级后行秩和检验,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病是影响白内障术后后囊膜混浊的重要因素之一。Objective To determine the difference of posterior capsular opacification (PCO) after phacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation between cataract with type 2 diabetes mellitus and senile cataract. Methods One hundred and twenty eyes of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and one hundred and twenty-five eyes of 82 patients with senile cataract, who had phacoemulsification with IOL implantation from March 2001 to March 2003, were received. Observed time was 3- 36 months. The difference in incidence and quantification of PCO, and the incidence of Nd: YAG laser capsulotomy between the two groups were compared. Results PCO in cataract with diabetes mellitus and senile cataract was 50.00% and 26.04% respectively. Nd: YAG laser capsulotomy was performed 20. 00% and 6.04% respectively. The incidence of PCO and Nd: YAG laser capsulotomy were significant increased in cataract with diabetes mellitus in comparison to senile cataract( P 〈0.01), meanwhile Wilcoxon rank sum test indicated that degree of PCO was higher in cataract with diabetes mellitus than in senile cataract( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Our data suggests that type 2 diabetes mellitus is involved in the pathogenesis of PCO.
