痰液hnRNP A2/B1在肺癌临床诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨痰液细胞核内不均一核糖核蛋白A2/B1(hnRNPA2/B1)在肺癌临床诊断中的价值。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测肺癌、吸烟及正常人群组痰液细胞hnRNPA2/B1阳性表达,并分析其在不同人群组中表达的特点。结果肺癌组及吸烟组痰液细胞hnRNPA2/B1阳性表达率显著高于正常人组(P<0·05),肺癌与吸烟组比较无显著性差异(P>0·05)。结论痰液hnRNPA2/B1的过量表达伴随着肺癌的发生、发展、转移的全过程。因此检测痰液细胞(特别是吸烟者)hnRNPA2/B1阳性表达,有助于肺癌的早期诊断。Objective To investigate the significance of detecting heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2/B1 in sputum from lung cancer patients, smokers and normal individuals. Methods The hnRNPA2/B1 expression was examined by immunohistochemistry method and its clinical significance in three groups was analyzed. Results In lung cancer patients and smokers, positive rate of hnRNPA2/B1 was much higher than that in normal individuals（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overexpression of hnRNP A2/B1 in sputum may play an important role in oncogenesis, development and metastasis of lung cancer.
