雅皓乳膏治疗单纯性龈炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨雅皓乳膏治疗单纯性龈炎的效果和可能的作用机理,评价雅皓乳膏在牙周病防治中的临床价值。方法:选取单纯性龈炎患者46名,随机分配入实验组和对照组,于基线、两周末、四周末和八周末分别进行检查,每次检查均记录各项临床指标GI、SBI、PLI。结果:与基线比较,实验组的SBI值在8周末,其下降幅度与同期对照组的SBI值下降幅度比较更大,并具有统计学意义,但其他统计值两组比较均未显示出统计学差异。结论:雅皓乳膏对单纯性龈炎的防治具有一定的作用。Objective：to find out if AHEAL cream is effective in the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease by observing the clinical effect against simple gingivitis of AHEAL cream.Methods：forty-six patients diagnosed as having simple gingivitis were randomly assigned to either experimental group or control group. At baseline examination, Gingival index （GI）, Sulcus bleeding index （SBI）, Plaque index （PI） were measured. After 2, 4 and 8 week intervals, all the index were reassessed. Resets： compared to the baseline, at 8 weeks, SBI of experimental group is deeply dropped, there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion：AHEAL cream is somewhat effective in the prevention and treatment of simple gingivitis.
