AngleⅢ类错牙弓及牙槽弓宽度测量分析

摘　　要：目的:分析AngleⅢ类错牙合患者牙弓及牙槽弓宽度及形态特点。方法:选取87例AngleⅢ类错牙合畸形病例及对照组91名正常牙合个体原始模型,按性别分组,测量各项牙弓宽度、牙槽弓宽度并计算上、下颌对应的牙弓、牙槽弓宽度差;对各组各项牙弓、牙槽弓宽度和宽度差进行t检验。结果:正常牙合组与AngleⅢ类错牙合组男性牙弓宽度、牙槽弓宽度均大于女性牙弓、牙槽弓宽度(p<0.05);AngleⅢ类错牙合组下颌尖牙间宽度及下颌磨牙间宽度大于正常牙合组(p<0.01)。其余测量指标AngleⅢ类错牙合组均小于正常牙合组。结论:AngleⅢ类错牙合上颌骨生长受限,上颌牙齿有向腭侧倾斜,下颌牙齿有向颊侧倾斜的倾向,治疗过程中的上颌扩弓是必要的。Objective： The aim of this study was to compare the transverse dimensions of the dental arches and alveolar widths of Class Ⅲ malocclusion group with a group of untreated normal occlusion subjects.Method： This study was performed using measurements on dental casts of 91 normal occlusion and 87 Class Ⅲ malocclusion subjects and they were divided into two groups, male groups and female groups. Independent samples t-test was applied for comparing the groups. Result： The findings of this study indicated that dental arches and alveolar widths of both the Class Ⅲ malocclusion group and normal occlusion group were significantly larger in male group than in female group （P〈0.05）. Mandibular intercanine and mandibular internlolar widths were significantly larger in the Class Ⅲ group when compared with the normal occlusion sample （P〈0.01）. Other width measurements were also statistically significantly larger in the normal occlusion group when compared with the Class Ⅲ malocclusion group. Conclusion： Subjects with Class Ⅲ malocclusion tend to have the maxillary teeth inclined to the lingual and mandibular teeth inclined to the buccal direction because of the restriction of maxillary growth and development according to dental arch width measurements. Therefore, maxillary expansion should be considered before or during the treatment of a Class Ⅲ patient.
