改良固定反式TBA联合前牵引矫治前牙反的比较性研究

摘　　要：目的:应用改良固定反式双阻板矫治器(Twin-blockappliance,TBA)联合前牵治疗AngleIII类骨性前牙反,综合评价其临床应用效果。方法:矫治骨性前牙反牙合15例,对治疗前后临床表现及X线硬组织测量进行分析,并与单纯反式TBA组及前牵组进行比较。结果:经过3￣5个月的治疗,患者侧貌外型明显改善,反覆盖、覆纠正。结论:反式TBA联合前牵引是矫治前牙反牙合的理想装置,对上下颌骨影响均较大。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the curative effects of the modified fixed reverse TBA combine maxillary protraction on treatment of early AngleⅢ skeletal anterior crossbite. Methods The appliance was used on 15 growing subjects with early AngleⅢ skeletal malocclusion and then compare clinical character and X-ray cephalometry before and after treatment. And same time compare with reverse TBA and the maxillary protraction. Results After 3-5 months treatment the appearance and profile were improve evidently, the overjet and overbite were normal. Conclusion All findings indicated that AngleⅢ skeletal anterior crossbite can be corrected successfully with reverse TBA combined maxillary protraction. The mechanism was to lead mandible retrusion and accelerate forward growth of the maxillary.
