当归活血胶囊的质量研究

摘　　要：目的建立当归活血胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对当归活血胶囊中当归、川芎、红花3种主要药材进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量。结果在薄层色谱中能检测出上述3种主要药材；阿魏酸检测浓度在0．9824～9．824μg／ml范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为99．6％（RSD=0．22％）。结论该方法重现性好．可用于当归活血腔囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the quality control of compound angelica Huoxue capsule. Methods 3 main Chinese crude drugs, Radix angelicae sinensis, Rhizoma chuanxiong and Flos carthami in compound angelicae Huoxue capsule were identified qualitatively by TLC. The contents of ferulic acid were determined by HPLC. Results The above mentioned 3 main Chinese crude drugs were detected by TLC, Ferulic acid showed a good linearity in a range of O. 982 4 - 9. 824 μg/ml, the average recovery rate was 99.60 % （RSD = 0.22% ） . Conclusion This method has a good reproducibility and suitable for the quality control of compound angelica Huoxue capsule.
