摘　　要：小肽是动物降解蛋白质为氨基酸过程中的中间产物,是动物的重要营养物质,是除氨基酸之外的蛋白质营养吸收代谢的重要方式之一,小肽与游离氨基酸具有相互独立的吸收机制,二者互不干扰,并且有助于氨基酸的吸收,加快蛋白质的合成。本文重点从小肽的营养、小肽的作用及吸收机制、小肽在单胃动物及反刍动物的应用等方面对小肽营养进行了总结。The small peptide is the intermediate degeaerated by animal from protein to amino acid, is animal＇s important nutrition,is another important way of protein nutritive metabolism. It can be absorbed by animal completely, it＇s different with the absorption of amino acids, it benefit the absnrption of amino acids and promote the sythesize of protein. This article mainly reviewed the nutrition of small -peptides, its mode of working and absorbing , the recent advances of small-peptides used in monogastric species and ruminants.
