摘 要:目的为了更好地推动学生健康营养计划,通过改进膳食促进学生生长发育,防治学生缺铁性贫血。方法对市区内6所学校7109名中小学生进行健康体检,学校统一培训贫血学生和家长,重点强调膳食结构对改进学生贫血状况的重要性,由学校提出膳食改进计划,家长负责实施,并按要求定期填写实施膳食结构调查表,由校医核查后提出改进意见,以保证学生家庭内膳食计划的实施。观察时间为两个月。结果经过实施膳食改进工作,1012名轻度贫血学生的Hb均值由观察前的114.6g/L上升到观察后的120.6g/L(P<0.01),平均增长0.6g/L。93名中度贫血学生Hb均值由观察前的87.3g/L上升到观察后的107.4g/L(P<0.01),平均增长20.1g/L。经过膳食改进工作后,706名轻度贫血学生Hb值恢复正常,恢复率达到65.8%,40名中度贫血学生Hb值恢复正常,恢复率达43.0%。结论学校组织在学生家庭中推行膳食改进计划对防治学生贫血有一定效果,证明学校中开展健康教育对改进学生健康状况非常重要的。Objective To implement health nutrition plan for students, promote their growth and development and reduce the morbidity of iron deficiency anemia. Methods A health examination was carried out for 7 109 students among 6 primary and middle schools in Changchun City, and an uniform program consisting of foot regimen for improving iron-deficiency status of students was given to the parents of students with iron-deficiency and checked by school doctors regularly for two months. Results Fib mean value of 1 012 student,s with mild iron-deficiency anemia increased from 114.6 g/L to 120.6 g/L at the end of the program, P〈0.01, and the average increment reached to 6.0 g/L; Hb mean value of 93 students with middle iron-deficiency anemia increased from 87.3g/L to 107.4 g/L, P 〈 0.01, and the average increment reached to 20.1 g/L. Among the above students, Hb value of 706 students with mild iron-deficiency anemia has been back to normal (the recovery rate was 65.8% ) and Hb value of 40 students with middle iron-deficiency anemia has been back to normal (the recovery rate was 43.0 % ). Conclusions The food improving program in student families sponsored by schools has been proved to have effects on student anemia prevention and control, and school based health education program is vital for improving student health status.
