胃癌组织中Kail、nm23、PCNA表达及其与胃癌转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中Kail、nm23、PCNA的表达与胃癌侵袭转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测52例胃癌组织中Kail、nm23、PCNA的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中Kail、nm23、PCNA的阳性表达率分别为57.69%、53.85%、80.77%。Kail基因的表达与胃癌淋巴结和远处转移有关,与浸润深度和临床分期无关。nm23在临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胃癌中的阳性表达率显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌,在无淋巴结转移和远处转移组的阳性表达率显著高于有淋巴结转移和远处转移组。PCNA的表达与临床分期、胃癌浸润深度和淋巴结转移相关。结论Kail、nm23和PCNA的表达与胃癌淋巴结转移密切相关,nm23和Kail的表达在抑制胃癌转移中可能有协同作用。Objective To evaluate the expression of Kail、mn23 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma tissues and investigate its relationship to gastric carcinoma invasion and metastasis. Methods 52 gastric carcinoma tissues were examined by method to detect the expression of Kail, nm23 and PCNA. Results The positive expression rates of Kail,nm23 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma tissues were 57.69%,53.85% and 80.77%, respectively. There was not statistically significance between the expression of Kail and clinical stage and invasive depth of gastric carcinoma. The expression of Kail was correlated with lymph nodes and distal metastasis of gastric carcinoma. The positive expression rate of nm23 in group of clinical stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ was significantly higher in that in group of stage Ⅲ ,Ⅳ （ P 〈 0.05）, also it was higher in patients without lymph nodes or distant metastasis than that in group with lymph nodes or distant metastasis metastasis and in than in stage Ⅲ , Ⅳ （ P 〈 0.05）. The expression of PCNA was correlated with clinical stage , depth of infiltration and lymph nodes metastasis. Conclusion The expression of Kail, nm23 and PCNA was correlated with lymph nodes of gastric carcinoma. The expression of Kail and nm23 may cooperatively play a role in the lymph nodes and distant metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
