摘　　要：近十年来,我国未成年人犯罪率明显上升,为了更有效地预防和减少未成年人犯罪,最高人民法院于2006年1月23日公布了《最高人民法院关于审理未成年人刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》,该《解释》体现的轻刑化引发了大量的争议。本文拟从轻刑化的价值及功能探析该《解释》。About ten years ago, minor crime has obviously risen in our country. Supreme Court＇s Explanations of Several Application Questions about Criminal Case of Inquisition about Minors published by Supreme Court on 23/1,2006 will effectively prevent and decrease minor crime. This Explanation fetches out a great deal of discussion about relieve punishment. This article discusses the Explanation from the value and function of relieve punishment.
