丁丙诺非在硬膜外中用于恶性疼痛的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨丁丙诺非在硬膜外中用于恶性疼痛的安全性和可行性。方法：选择ASA2—3级的癌症患者，共35例。随机分为2组。一组为静脉自控镇痛（PCIA）。以15μg／ml芬太尼＋格拉司凉8mg为镇痛液；一组为选用丁丙诺非0．1～0．3mg为镇痛液用于硬膜外镇痛。在4，8，12，24，48h进行镇痛评分并观察其不良反应。结果：在4，8，12，24，48h静息状态下。丁丙诺非在镇痛及镇痛时间方面与一组相比无显著差异，（P〉0．05），而不良反应则明显少于一组。（P〈0．05）。结论：丁丙诺非在硬膜外中用于恶心疼痛的镇痛。不仅简单可行。而且也是非常安全可靠的。Obiective： To evaluate the efficacy and sofety of buprenorphine used in Cure - pain with general anaesthesia. Methods： Thirty - five ASA 2 - 3 cancers were randomly divided into two groups ： the patients in group F：for PCIA with 15ug/ml fentany and granisetron 8mg;and those in group D,with buprenorphine 0.1 -0.3rag for general anaesthesia. In4,8,12,24,48h record pediatric mean and neural side effect. Results：In 4,8,12,24,48h. the pediatric and pediatric time were comparable between two groups. （ p 〉 0. 05）. But neural side effect the buprenorphin group obviovsly lower than another group. （ p〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ：buprenorphine used in cure -pain with general anaesthesia is effective and safe.
