摘  要:在气动伺服系统中动力机构是其关键性部件。与传统的阀控非对称气动缸动力机构相对应,将普通单杆气缸和自制的磁流变液(MRF)阻尼器串联研制成新型的磁流变(MR)非对称气动缸动力机构。介绍了所构建的磁流变动力机构的结构和工作原理,并运用虚拟仪器技术对该动力机构进行了仿真和性能分析。分析表明,新型的MR非对称气动缸动力机构能够方便地实现阻尼可调,实现传统的阀控非对称气动缸动力机构难以达到的静、动态性能。为新型的磁流变气动控制技术寻求理论依据。The power mechanism is a vital component in the pneumatic servo control system. Compared to traditional valve-control unsymmetric pneumatic cylinder power mechanism, an MR-Unsymmetric pneumatic cylinder power mechanism was made, connected self-made MRF damper to normal single-pole pneumatic cylinder. The construction and working pneumatic were introduced and the power mechanism characteristics were analyzed by virtual instrumental technology, and the conclusion is that new MR-Unsymmetric pneumatic cylinder power mechanism can regulate resistance conveniently ,and can realize high static and dynamical property, which the normal valve-control unsymmetric pneumatic cylinder power mechanism is difficult to perform. It seeks after theoretical ground for new MR- pneumatic technology.
