摘　　要：癌胚抗原信使核糖核酸(CEAmRNA)是指导合成CEA的模版,在肿瘤时呈现高度活跃表达状态,但CEAmRNA的表达与CEA的分泌并不一致,表现为细胞内CEAmRNA的表达量明显高于体液内CEA的分泌量。这种肿瘤细胞特有的表达CEAmRNA情况,是CEAmRNA作为肿瘤标志物的基础。近年来,CEAmRNA作为监测肿瘤发生、早期发现肿瘤、早期发现肿瘤微转移、评判治疗肿瘤疗效等的一个新指标。Carcinoembryanic antigen messenger ribonucleic acid （ CEAmRNA ） is the template guiding the synthesis of Carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, which has a high active expression in the patients with tumor,but the expression of CEAmRNA is not identical with the secretion of CEA. It shows the expression quantity of CEAmRNA in cell is obviously more than that of CEA in body fluid. The peculiar expression of CEAmRNA in this kind of tumor cell is the base of CEAmRNA as tumor maker. In recent years, CEAmRNA is a new index in supervising tumor occurrence, finding tumor in early stage, finding tumor micrometastasis in early stage and judging the curative effect of tumor treatment.
