摘　　要：MTA1基因是最近发现的一个肿瘤转移相关基因,与许多肿瘤的浸润和淋巴结转移程度有关。MTA1蛋白可能是通过参与信号转导及基因表达,调控一系列有关浸润、转移的蛋白而起重要作用。对MTA1基因结构与功能的深入研究,为肿瘤的治疗提供了一定的指导意义。The MTA1 gene has been recently identified as metastasis-associated gene,which is related to the degree of invasion and lymphatic metastasis in various carcinomas. MTA1 protein may play an important role in regulating a series of protein associated with the invasion and metastasis by involving the signal tranaduction pathway and gene expression. Further study of its structure and function could thus provide instructive value for the treatment of tumor.
