摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)及其受体(IGF-1R)是体内重要的生长因子。资料表明IGF-1R介导IGF-1的活性,促进细胞增殖、转化、抑制细胞凋亡与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切。而肿瘤细胞的凋亡、浸润、转移的生物学特性则是由相关因子作用表现的,如Bcl-2家族、整合素、血管内皮生长因子等。本文就IGF-1和IGF-1R与这些因子的作用机制作一阐述。Insulin-like growth factor 1 and its receptor are important growth factors in body, Researches have indicated that The IGF-1 receptor can promote cell proliferation and transformation and inhibit cells apoptosis which is closely related to the genesis and development of tumor by mediating the activity of IGF-1 ,The tumor bionomics including its apoptosis, infiltration and metastasis is the manifestation of related factors such as Bcl-2.integrin.VEGF and so on. In this review we discussed the mechanisms of action between IGF-1 and its receptor（IGF-1R） and these factors.
