摘  要:目的:建立 HPLC-ELSD 法测定去痛片中4种成分的含量。方法:采用 Diamonsil^(TM) C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),0.1%三氟醋酸(TFA)溶液和甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为室温。ELSD 为检测器,漂移管温度为55℃,雾化气体为空气,气压为315 Pa。结果:氨基比林在0.7520~15.04μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9987),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD 为0.87%;咖啡因在0.2546~3.819μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9969),平均回收率为98.53%,RSD为0.77%;苯巴比妥在0.0757~1.514μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为101.6%,RSD 为0.67%;非那西丁在0.7500~15.00μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9963),平均回收率为101.1%,RSD 为0.47%。结论:本方法较标准方法简便、可靠,适合去痛片的含量控制。Objective :An HPLC - ELSD method was developed to determine the contents of aminopyrine, caffeine, phenobarbital and phenacetin in Qutong tablets. Method: Diamonsil^TM C18 column(4. 6 mm ×250mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1% trifluoroacetic acid(TFA) solution and methanol with gradient elution program. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 and the colunm temperature was room temperature. ELSD was used as detector,the drift tube temperature was 55 ℃ and nebulizer gas was air with the pressure of 315 Pa. Result:The aminopyfine curve was linear in the range from 0. 7520 μg to 15. 04 μg(r =0. 9987) and the average recovery was 100. 2% (RSD =0. 87% ). The caffeine curve was linear in the range from 0. 2546μg to 3. 819μg(r =0. 9969) and the average recovery was 98. 53% ( RSD =0. 77% ). The phenobarbital curve was linear in the range from 0. 0757 lag to 1. 514 μg(r =0. 9997) and the average recovery was 101.6% (RSD =0. 67% ). The phenacetin curve was linear in the range from 0. 7500 μg to 15.00 μg( r =0. 9963) and the average recovery was 101.1% (RSD = 0. 47% ). Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable. It is suitable for the content control of Outong tablets.
