摘　　要：手性药物的代谢具有多种立体选择性,且相互关联,共同影响药物的体内过程,也必将影响到药效和毒副作用。充分了解手性异构体的代谢过程有助于准确评价手性异构体的药理活性,并为临床合理用药提供依据。本文综述了手性药物代谢的各种立体选择性及其对代谢的影响。Stereoselectivities exist in all pathways of the metabolism of chiral drugs, these selectivities, which are correlate with each other, affect the enantiomers＇disposition in human bodys and must have influence on the pharmacology and toxicity of the drugs. Comprehensively understanding the metabolism of the chiral drugs can help us to evaluate the pharmacologic potency of the enantiomers, and can offer us the reliable basis for the reasonable usage drugs in clinic. It is reviewed in the thesis that the various stereoselectivities in the metabolism and their effects on drug metabolism.
