摘　　要：Windows系统是目前最为流行的PC操作系统之一,它拥有友好的界面和强大的硬件支持,同时它拥有完善的技术支持和快速的网络更新。随着视窗系统的不断更新和完善,Windows系统正逐渐应用于工业控制领域。由于Windows系统不是实时系统,因此解决Windows系统的实时性就成为基于Windows的工控系统所要解决的首要问题。本文介绍的正是一种解决Windows系统的实时性问题的方法。Windows system is one of the most popular systems on PC. It has friendly GUI and powerful hardware support. And it has wonderful tech-support. As the development of Windows system, it is gradually become the new standard of the IPC （Industrial PC）. Because Windows system is non-real-time system, it makes a big problem for the developer in IPE. This article is just given out a way to solve this problem.
