摘 要:土壤中添加高浓度的DDT,对杂交苏丹草的生物量没有显著影响,说明杂交苏丹草对DDT有耐受能力。杂交苏丹草对DDT及其主要降解产物都有吸收,其根系中DDT及其主要降解产物的含量是茎叶中相应组分含量的4.81~10.32倍。杂交苏丹草从土壤中吸收的DDT占添加量的11.3%,而在其生长期间,土壤中DDT消失量为56.0%。There was no significant difference between the CK and the treatments with added high concentrations of DDT to soil, so hybrid sudan grass had the ability to tolerate DDT. DDT and its main degradation product Were absorbed by hybrid sudan grass, and the concentrations of DDT and its main degradation product in the grass roots were 4.81-10.32 fold those in the shoots. The amount of DDT absorbed by the grass was 11.3% of the amount added to the soil. During the period of grass growth, the amount of DDT disappearing from the soil was 56.0% of original amount added.
