摘　　要：本文基于JSP技术设计了Browser/server体系结构下的工程建设项目评标智能决策支持系统;介绍了该IDSS的总体结构、功能模式及工作流程;从而促进招投标工作的透明化、标准化、系统化和科学化,提高评标决策的效率和准确性。In this paper, we design a Intelligent Decision Support System （IDSS） for construction project bidding evaluation based on Browser/server and JSP technology. It also describes the global structure, the functional model and the work flow of IDSS. It makes bidding working transparent,standard, systematical and scientific, improves the efficiency and veracity of bidding decision.
