摘  要:目的观察谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)和多药耐药基因产物P-糖蛋白(P-gp)在胃癌中的表达,探讨两者与胃癌化疗耐药之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法定量分析P-gp和GST在75例胃癌标本中的表达,分析两者是否有相关性。结果P-gp和GST在75例胃癌组织中阳性表达率分别为43%和63%,化疗耐药组P-gp和GST阳性表达率与不耐药组比较,差别有显著性意义(P<0·05)。P-gp与GST表达水平呈正相关(r=0·378,P<0·05)。结论P-gp和GST-参与胃癌化疗耐药的机制,可作为多药耐药的标志物。Objective To observe the expression of p - glycoprotein ( P - gp) and glutathione - s - transferase (GST) in gastric cancer and explore the relationship between P - gp, GST and multidrug resistances in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 75 patients with previously untreated gastric cancer were studied for the expression of P - gp and GST by immunohistochemistry, the relativity between them was analyzed. Results The expression rate of G - gp and GST were 43% and 63% in gastric cancer tissues, there was no significant difference in the expression rate of G - gp and GST between drug resistance group and non drug resistance group ( P 〈 0. 05) ; There was a positive correlation between the expression of G - gp and GST ( r = 0. 378, P 〈0.05), Conclusion P - gp and GST play a part in the mechanism of multidrug resistances, which may be used as the sign of multidrug resistance.
