摘  要:以无机N i膜用于果汁澄清过程为研究对象,对错流过滤过程的膜阻力进行了分析,通过实验测定了各部分膜阻力的分布情况,研究了操作参数对膜阻力及其分布的影响。结果表明,剪切速度达到一定值时膜阻力变化不明显,而随着压力提高膜阻力迅速提高。In the paper, the application of inorganic Ni membranes to juice clarification was investigated, the mechanism of membrane contamination in the process of cross-flow filtration was analyzed. Four parts of membrane resistance were measured by experiment, and the effects of operating conditions on membrane resistance and its distribution were discussed. The results indicate that the change of membrane resistance is not active when the shear velocity amounts to a certain degree, and membrane resistance will increase quickly with the increasing of pressure,
