摘  要:烘丝机具有较大的热惯性、滞后时间大,且τ/T>0.5,普通的PID控制难以满足要求。在分析SH623烘丝机工艺过程的基础上,用实验的方法建立了数学模型,基于Smith预估算法、Dahlin算法分别设计了系统的PID控制器,在模型匹配和失配情况下进行了仿真研究。结果表明,Dahlin算法具有设计简单,调节方便(只需调节一个参数),跟踪调节性能好等特点,且在模型失配时,具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性,对于大时滞系统是一种比较实用的控制方法。Cut tohocco dryer has great hot inertia and time delay, ordinary PID controller is hard to satisfy requirement. Mathematics model is established with the method of experiment,on the foundation that analysis the technological process of SH623 cut toboeco dryer. The PID controllers are designed, based on Smith pro dictor algorithm and Dahlin algorithm. The simulation of these control algorithms are studied under the condi tion of model matching and model unmatching. The result shows that Dahlin algorithm has the characteristic of simple design and good ruction for following to adjust, and under the condition of model unmatching, has better stability and robustness. It is appropriate control method for the system with pure time delay.
