球孢白僵菌对竹梢凸唇斑蚜生殖力的影响

摘　　要：研究了3个球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana菌株REBb01,B12和Bxs对竹梢凸唇斑蚜Takecallis taiwanus生殖力的影响。感染的成蚜在死亡前能正常产仔。竹梢凸唇斑蚜在接种球孢白僵菌后,就群体而言,由于部分感菌成蚜的死亡导致在观察时限内平均产仔量明显下降,但就单个蚜虫个体而言,感菌与否对其死亡前的产仔量并没有太大影响。竹梢凸唇斑蚜在接种不同浓度的球孢白僵菌后其内禀增长力虽比对照要小,但下降不是很明显。Virulence of three isolates of Beauveria bassiana REBb01, Bi2 and Bxs, on reproduction of the aphid, Takecallis taiwanus, was studied. Due to reduced survival, within 10 d of inoculation the pathogen reduced infection fecundity of T. taiwanus. However, for an individual aphid infected with the pathogen, the number of its progeny was similar to that of aphid without infection. After inoculation of B. bassiana at different doses, the rate of increment for T. talwanus number was no scientific decrease. [Ch, 1 fig. 2 tab. 7 ref. ]
